At Floorlock, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• If the product is faulty or defective prior to installation, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
