Solving Flooring Issues with Innovation: Stephen Monty and Michael Burchell, co-founders and directors of a successful building products company catering to the ICF Building Industry, primarily in the U.S. and Canadian markets, discovered a recurring issue faced by both construction professionals and homeowners. A Tragedy and a Legacy: As FloorLock was poised for greater success, tragedy struck when Stephen was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. His passing marked a profound loss for the company. Stephen’s wife, Anna Aranci, who had worked alongside him as his personal assistant and bookkeeper, inherited his shares and took on the role of Managing Director.
